Love it hate it - teaching the UK to embrace a Shenanigan with Tarragon!

Tarragon, parsnip, pear, grapes, with a flavouring of mustard, given a chance this Saucy Affair will be loved as much as custard!

Tarragon Shenanigan has never been a top seller, whilst Chefs and Europeans have loved it, it seems many Brits don’t quite know what Tarragon is or pairs with.

It makes me sad as it’s the first I ever made, what’s more is I’ve finally got my babies to enjoy it...

Tarragon has a polarising taste, love it or hate it, a bit like marmite, however it is deliberately subtle in this recipe designed to train the younger palette to embrace new flavours beyond salt and sugar.

This Sauce will not be launched on August 15th @Sainsbury’s, but maybe a winter launch with #TeriyakiMalarkey?!


Parsnip, Pear, Grapes, Cider Vinegar, Shallot, Honey, Rapeseed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cider Vinegar, Shallots, Tarragon (5%), Fennel, Lemon Juice, Mustard flavouring, Acidity regulator (Citric Acid), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum).
