Beetroot Cahoot

Buddah Bowl

Serves 2-3


  • Preheat a frying pan on a medium heat
  • In a bowl place the chicken breasts and pour over enough Beetroot Cahoot to coat the chicken
  • Cut up bacon into small strips
  • Fry off bacon
  • Add chicken pieces into pan and fry until tender
  • Add more Beetroot Cahoot sauce
  • Meanwhile in a serving bowl place some freshly washed salad leaves and decorate with the chopped vegetables
  • Once the chicken is cooked though remove from frying pan and place on to salad
  • Any remaining sauce from the pan can be used as a dressing…. Enjoy


  • 1/2 bottle Beetroot Cahoot Saucy Affair
  • 10-12 mini chicken fillets
  • 6-8 bacon rashers
  • lettuce and leaves
  • tomatoes
  • avocado
  • courgette and butternut squash courgetti
  • mixed seeds (optional)
