Eggs and Avo

Serves 1


  • Preheat a frying pan on a low-med heat add butter
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a dash of milk, season and then whisk well
  • Toast the bread/halved bagel
  • Add the eggs to the pan and turn down the heat, stir regularly
  • Slice or mash the avocado as desired
  • Once toast is ready, spoon the avocado on top
  • Remove pan from the heat when eggs are just cooked and spoon onto the avocado
  • Generously dress with Beetroot Cahoot


  • 1/4 bottle Beetroot Cahoot Saucy Affair
  • wholemeal bread or bagel
  • slither of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • a dash of milk
  • avocado
