Smoked Haddock

Serves 2


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  • Place the cod into an oven proof dish smother with Beetroot Cahoot Sauce
  • Turn and pour more Sauce on top
  • Cover the dish with foil and place in the oven for 20-25minutes
  • Prepare mashed potato and peas as desired
  • When the fish is cooked remove from the oven
  • Serve on top of mashed potato and peas
  • Season as you wish


  • 1/2 bottle Beetroot Cahoot Saucy Affair
  • 2 (or 1 large) smoked haddock fillets (you can also use cod)
  • peas
  • mashed potatoes
