Cucumber Blunder

Chicken Mini Fillets

Serves 2


  • Preheat a frying pan to medium heat
  • Add chicken mini fillets and cover with Cucumber Blunder sauce (1/2 bottle)
  • Fry chicken for a few minutes turning regularly until flesh turns from pink to white
  • Add mangetout and the remaining sauce
  • Cook chicken until golden brown (~ 5minutes)
  • Meanwhile cook rice noodles according to pack instructions
  • Remove pan from the heat and serve chicken, mangetout and remaining sauce over the cooked noodles
  • Serve with Soy Sauce


  • 1 bottle of Cucumber Blunder Saucy Affair
  • chicken mini fillets
  • mangetout
  • rice noodles
  • soy sauce (optional)
