Cucumber Blunder

Sea Bream Fillets

Serves 2


  • Preheat frying pan on medium heat
  • Place sea bream fillets on a plate and smother both sides with Cucumber Blunder sauce
  • Transfer fish to the frying pan skin side down and cook for a few minutes until the skin is crispy
  • Prepare potato side dish
  • Add more sauce and flip fish onto flesh side
  • Add chopped asparagus and cook for a few minutes
  • Remove sea bream from the pan and set aside
  • When asparagus starts to brown remove from the heat and serve alongside the cooked bream and potatoes


  • 1/2 bottle Cucumber Blunder Saucy Affair
  • 2 Sea Bream fillets (or any white fish)
  • asparagus (chopped)
  • sauteed potatoes (or potatoes of your choice)
