Fish Fiesta

Serves 4


  • Preheat frying pan to medium heat
  • Slice lemon and drain olives, put to one side
  • Cut fish into inch sized pieces and add to pan
  • Pour over bottle of Fiery Fiasco sauce, add lemon and olives and fry for 7-8 minutes
  • Add prawns – Fry until pink
  • Meanwhile wash and boil the new potatoes in water until soft and fry samphire for 3-5 minutes
  • Once fish is cooked through and prawns are pink remove pan from the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve alongside the vegetables


  • 1 bottle Fiery Fiasco Saucy Affair
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cod fillets
  • 12-16 raw king prawns
  • olives
  • lemon
  • parsley
  • microwave rice
