Fiery Fiasco

Red Fish Fillet

Serves 2


  • Preheat frying pan to medium heat
  • Place red fish fillets on a plate and smother both sides with Fiery Fiasco sauce (½ of it)
  • Transfer fish to the frying pan skin side down and cook for a few minutes until the skin is crispy
  • Meanwhile wash and slice the courgette longways
  • Cook the rice as per packet instructions
  • Flip the fish flesh side down, add the remaining sauce and courgettes, and cook for a further 1- 2 minute
  • Remove pan from the heat courgettes over the rice and serve the fish on top.


  • 1/2 bottle Fiery Fiasco Saucy Affair
  • 2-4 red fish fillets (depending on size)
  • 1 courgette finely sliced
  • 1 packet microwaveable rice
