Fiery Fiasco


Serves 1 or 2 as a starter


  • Preheat a frying pan to a medium heat
  • Prepare the squid by slicing into rings, make sure you keep the tentacles and place everything into a bowl
  • Pour over Fiery Fiasco sauce and mix, ensuring all squid is evenly coated
  • Add the squid to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes, tossing frequently, until it is opaque and cooked through
  • Remove from the heat and serve immediately with a side salad and sour cream sprinkled with chives


  • 1/4 bottle Fiery Fiasco Saucy Affair
  • 3 raw prepared squid (from fishmonger or fish counter so super fresh!)
  • salad
  • sour cream
  • chives to garnish (optional)
