Tarragon Shenanigan

Chicken Crockpot

Serves 4


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Wash and chop the vegetables into inch thick chunks and place into the roasting tray
  • Pour over ½ bottle of Tarragon Shenanigan and mix in
  • Place chicken pieces on a roasting dish and cover with remaining Tarragon Shenanigan sauce – coating evenly
  • Place tray in the oven and bake according to pack instructions (approx. 40-45mins) until chicken is golden brown and the skin is crispy
  • Serve with crispy new potatoes and salad


  • 1 bottle Tarragon Shenanigan Saucy Affair
  • 8 chicken breasts and thighs pieces
  • 1 aubergine
  • courgettes
  • peppers
  • onions
  • garlic
