Tarragon Shenanigan

Chicken Soup

Serves 4 or 6 little people

Instructions

  • Boil the kettle for the stock
  • Pour into casserole dish and add stock
  • Pour in Tarragon Shenanigan
  • Add new potatoes
  • Add chicken thighs and pancetta
  • Stir, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
  • Add sliced cabbage
  • Stir in
  • Leave for 2 mins
  • Serve into bowls or straight to the table
  • Grated cheese to sprinkle on top

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Tarragon Shenanigan Saucy Affair
  • 6 skinless shicken thighs (whole or sliced)
  • 1-2 cubes chicken stock
  • 10-12 baby new potatoes
  • savoy cabbage
  • pancetta
  • grated cheese (optional)
