Tarragon Shenanigan

Pork Steaks

Serves 4


  • Place the pork chops onto a plate and smother with Tarragon Shenanigan sauce (the saucier the better) – but save some for the cooking process
  • Preheat a pan to medium heat
  • Add the steaks to the frying pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown – add the remaining sauce when you flip the steaks
  • Meanwhile prepare the potato as you wish
  • Steam/boil broccoli for 5 minutes
  • Remove pan from the heat and serve pork immediately alongside the vegetables


  • 1 bottle Tarragon Shenanigan Saucy Affair
  • 4 pork steaks
  • potatoes - mashed or boiled
  • brocolli
