Slow Roast Ribs

Serves 1-2


  • Place pork ribs in the middle of a large piece of foil on a baking tray
  • Smother with Smokey Cokey sauce, ensuring all ribs are coated
  • Fold foil over ribs into a parcel
  • Place in the oven at 145degrees for 1hr30mins
  • Remove from the oven and rest for 10 mins
  • Serve as you wish – and get messy! **

  • rack of pork ribs
  • serve with salad
