Preheat frying pan to high heat
Place steaks into a bowl and cover with Teriyaki Malarkey Sauce
Add steaks to the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side undisturbed
Add more sauce to warm through
Meanwhile prepare rice according to pack instructions
Wash and steam mangetout for 5 minutes
Remove steaks from the pan and leave to rest for 4 minutes
Plate up the mangetout and rice, sprinkle with a few chopped spring onions
Slice steak and place on top of the rice
Use leftover sauce from the pan to drizzle over the steak and rice
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
1/2 bottle Teriyaki Malarkey Saucy Affair
2 fillet steaks
sugar snap peas
Grated beetroot (optional)
sesame seeds (optional)
